A WARM GLOWING UPDATE FOR YOU BY ME

wow so at the gentle prodding and hinting of a certain individual i am making my triumphant return to blogging! (wait, you say, i didnt know you left... well ah ha! shows whos paying attention.. you..) so things have been GOOD here in waloo or willu or whatever you'd like to call it. school has been busy with readings but it's not overwhelming (yet) so i will be okay. i really need to pull those marks up so hopefully you'll see me more in the liberry. or rather, hopefully you won't see me more (cuz i'll be hidden away studying at unknown location). but yeah, here's to studying! grrrreat!

other stuff? ccf. going good. going gooooooooood. good group good times all around. good frosh! way to go frosh. reminds me of myself when i was a frosh. wow. that's sad. we're even starting an intramural softball team. that plays UP TIL DECEMBER (insert shocked emoticon here). isnt that insane? I didn't know that you could play that late. and frankly, i dont think you can. but still that should be interesting, swinging aluminum bats around in frigid temperatures. those bats are going to warp like crazy. anyone have cheapo bats they want to donate to the cause? the cause of our team?

also been baking. bake bake bake. we do cookie/hot chocolate runs for the frosh on thursday nights (if time permits) so last week we made a hero cookie recipe that sharon invented (ie found online). and so if you're wondering, dang how did those boys make such tasty cookies?.. i present to you the recipe right here: enjoy.

you know what else is fun? fantasy sports. FANTASY SPORTS. just did my hockey draft the other day. that was good times, lots of yelling and name-calling all around. i think every draft i just like to pick on one person and laugh at ALL his picks the whole evening. really, it throws them off. if its the 14th round and you're still heckling him about a pick he made in the 3rd round, he might be rattled and make another bad pick. really, its a good strategy. i learned it a long time ago, i've always done it. except this hockey draft i was too busy concentrating on my own stuff (cuz really i have no idea how this season will play out) that i did no heckling. so yeah, you got off easy. yes you. sam wong.

one more thing. internet. man they have the internet on computers now. did you know that? well, it's been magnificently slow at peak hours and we keep calling rogers but i think we're going to switch over to bell. grrr. too bad theres not many other options. how come no one grows up aspiring to be an internet service provider? i mean that should be a little kid's dream. one day, i hope to be the best ISP this world has ever seen! eh, a kid can dream, right?

uhm what else? i miss some ppl from back home. but thanksgiving is upon us soon which shall mark my ALSO VERY TRIUMPHANT RETURN TO TORONTO!! and so ends this blog, good day cheerio.

well its been a busy few weeks as summer came to a close and the school year started, but here we are, at the beginning of fourth year. i moved up earlier last week but went home on the weekend to finish coaching little league. really proud of em, they played great, but unfortunately we didn't make it to the finals or consolation round. still, it was plenty fun this year, a good learning experience for sure. i'll miss those kids, some are hilarious. anyways came back up on sunday night, first day of classes yesterday. went okay for the most part, switched out of a section already cuz i hear the prof is tough, but other than that i think my schedule is staying the same. shouldn't be too bad at this point, we'll see though. anyways just a quick update, on to do some more readings. chin up!
