off to a good start

so it's ash wednesday today. i have chosen to give up 1)video games of all sorts and 2)sleeping in, ie later than 10.
after a late night of laughs and micky dees, i have survived on my 5 hours of sleep! i think im running on something, just not quite sure what. boy we really milked out that fat tuesday, though technically it was already wednesday..
so today i started doing a 40 day devo called 'making the passion personal'. i guess its in lieu of all the stuff with the movie and everything, but really i think it'll be really good to do leading up to easter. i pray that God will draw me continually to fix my eyes on the cross, and never really lose sight of it. anyways, if any of you want to go through this with me, just so it is easier to go through it every day, or even if you want to do it on your own, let me know and i will send you a copy. here's a web-based link: Making the Passion Personal.
