breakin like theres no tomorrow

and my what a break it's been. i've...
- shoped at many many malls
- went skating
- built/ate a gingerbread house with shar
- watched harry potter (hate me the beasley/shrieky)
- played lots of gc
- bummed around a LOT
- also read 2 books:
1. the curious incident of the dog in the night-time by mark haddon - recommended by many people, james had a copy so i decided to giver a read - short, very enjoyable, and really told from a different perspective (a 15 y/o autistic boy), highly recommended.
2. blankets by craig thompson - heard a lot about it, got a copy from chow - an illustrated novel, finished in a day, also quite good. the way he draws and interlaces the images with text is amazing, and its quite a good story too - also recommended, but you gotta have the right mindset for it.

anyways next week is looking more of the same with the exception of a certain xen who is back in town, which will double - nay, triple - the fun involved. another thing to look forward to is sinfest05, where we'll take richard out for a night on the town before his baptism. im completely joking, relax.. (or am i!)

in other completely non related news, here's a list of my fantasy bball players who are out for the following week: bonzi wells, yao ming, peja stojakovic. one more thing. im in a 20-team $100 league, can you believe i have charlie bell on my team? who is charlie bell?? he shouldnt be on anyones team. which leads me to my next point..
