softball, ESL style

(this picture has nothing to do with this blog. i just wanted a reason to post it.)

ahh its time for that obligatory seasonal softball blog. RIGHT so maybe i've never blogged before in the wintertime re softball but today, yes today, is an exception! thats cuz good ol wlu decided to start intramural softball really late (thanksgiving wknd) and hence we just finished up this past monday. might i add, there was snow and ice EVERYWHERE. it was so ridiculously cold... what can i say, we had tons of fun times and made it much further than anyone thought, way to go ESL! more than that, it was a good time of bonding and just spending time with others. among the hilights:
- leanne getting like 4 or 5 HRs cuz teams kept playing her shallow
- spams' HR and walk-off game winning RBI
- jon slipping on a base at least once every game
- euni10's hero catches at home plate
- getting away with talking in chinese
- eugene in shorts in november
- the practice when alli played 1B and we kept on making her get our overthrows lol
- howiet walking SO SLOWLY to RF every inning
- vivs canon of an arm from 3rd to 1st
- sar playing 1B with one hand in her pocket, then having used kleenex fall out (ew)
- alex chow getting a hit :D

thanks again to jon/euge for heading it up. til next time guys, keep fit and have fun!
