we had a 5.5 earthquake this afternoon and it was such a weird feeling. lasted a few seconds only but my chair and desk were all shaking. i thought someone was just shaking the other side of my cubby wall but apparently not. good to see that there was no real damage, only cracked roads and minor building damage.
things have been busy lately. we put down an offer to rent yesterday so hoping that works out, we'll find out sometime before friday 9pm. hoping it works out so we can stop looking but we'll have to wait and see. i started my new job on monday and so far (3 days in) its been okay. havent really had much to do as per usual when you start a new job, just getting settled in. and of course all the wedding stuff that needs to be done. FW is in hamilton another month so we'll need to coordinate things on weekends which seem to be filling up rather quickly these days.
